Aspact Oy offers prototyping service, development projects and consulting in the area of 3D electronics, IML, MID and the related patterning technologies. Our batch process is optimised for small scale production. Large volumes will be produced in highly automated roll-to-roll processes at logistically optimised locations.

We have a long experience in electronics manufacturing and processes, electronics applications, related physics and chemistry and we are well networked in the business and research communities. We offer our expertise and services to companies, research and educational institutes.

Our premises are at VTT clean room area with a wide range of equipment and facilities needed for electronics packaging, inspection, analyses and reliability testing.

We offer also pattern plating service on special substrates like ceramics up to 350 mm x 220 mm substrates with effective area of 320 mm x 190 mm.
